For your stove glass.
We aren't going to lie to you, no Air Wash System is perfect (Although on many of the newer stoves it's pretty close). But sometimes, a little bit of soot, tar etc. will build up on your glass. Older model stoves are more prone to this than newer ones, however it does happen.
Maybe the wood burner or multi fuel stove was running a little below the optimum temperature so the air wash wasn't working at it's best efficiency. Or maybe you accidently used a slightly damp log. All manner of things can cause a build up on the glass, which can be unsightly. Which is why we offer a range of glass cleaning products.

For your fireplace.
Keeping your fireplace clean is relatively simple, and can mostly be done using household cleaners. However occasionally something a bit more specialist is needed. We offer a range of cleaners & sealants for when hot soapy water just doesnt do the trick.
Hotspot Fireplace Cleaner
Hotspot Brick & Stone Sealer
Hotspot Slate Oil
Hotspot Marble Polish
Wonder Wipes
Please be aware that specialist cleaners and sealants will often darken the colour of the stone, and therefore we advise you speak to a member of our sales team before purchasing.
We have cleaning advice for a range of natural stones on our blog.
Door Rope & Glass Gaskets.
The ropes on the door of a wood burner and/or multi fuel stove do wear out over time and use. This is the same for the gasket behind the glass. We keep a wide range of ropes and self adhesive gasket in the showroom, as well as the specialist glue.
We advise customers to bring in a small peice of the damaged, worn or broken rope in, so our sales team can find you the closest match.
For your stove's body, open fire grates, fire baskets & solid fuel fronts.
The paint on stoves can fade over time & use. While this can take a considerable amount of time it can often leave your stove looking a little tired. But the there is a quick and easy fix!
Hotspot Stove & Grate Polish - Black.
This polish is a showroom favourite and we use it to keep our stoves looking like the day they arrived. Its easy to apply and great if you want to give your stove a little TLC.
This polish can also be applied to open fire grates, fire baskets, solid fuel fronts and fireplace inserts (if the insert is black, for surrounds that are a mix of polished metal and black please speak to our sales team for advice.)
Polish is great for a nice quick buff up, and has the added plus of offering a layer of protection. However for stoves that need a bit more TLC or for a longer lasting finish we offer a range of paints.
Hotspot Stove Paint Spray - Black (Available in 3 sizes)
Hotspot Stove Paint Tins - Black ( Available in 2 sizes)
This is the paint we use ourselves, and comes black as standard. If you have a coloured stove (cream, blue, red etc.) please contact a member of our sales team and we will see if we can source the paint for you.
All manufacturers that offer coloured stoves use different pigments in the paint and therefore we advise only using paint sourced from the manufacturers.
We repaint stoves as part of a Stove Service, see our Maintenece Section for more details.
For metal (E.G. Polished surrounds, metallic companion sets etc.)

Stainless door handles on stoves.
Buckets, hods etc.
